We are "third generation" Doctors of Chiropractic at Hanks Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Auto Injury Clinic, with both our grandfather and father having been chiropractors. Dr. Raymond Hanks, Sr. practiced in Girard, Illinois, and is well known in the New London, Iowa, area. Our father, Dr. Raymond Hanks, Jr., graduated in 1951 from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has practiced in West Burlington, Iowa, since 1975.

Dr. Eric Hanks is a 1989 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He holds 12 postgraduate certifications and is a member of the Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Association.
Dr. Douglas J. Hanks is a 1992 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Like Dr. Eric Hanks, he holds 12 postgraduate certifications and is a member of the Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Association.
